A fun and empowering 10-week class (modifications available to accommodate all fitness levels).
This class is set to motivating, uplifting music and focuses on postural strength and alignment coupled with high rep and small range movements to target those tiny muscles you never knew existed!
Muscles are worked to the point of fatigue and then released through stretching movements to get that long, lean definition. You’ll leave this head-to-toe workout feeling strengthened and lengthened!
