Ballet Edmonton is a creation-based contemporary ballet company under the Artistic Direction of Kirsten Wicklund located in Edmonton, Alberta (CANADA). We collaborate with emerging and renowned choreographers and artists from around the world with a vision which honours the creative process as a platform to represent diverse artistic voices, ideas and approaches in dance.
Ballet Edmonton is seeking experienced professional and emerging dance artists to join our company as guest artists, full-time company members and apprentices for the 2026/27 season. We are looking for dancers with a strong foundation in the classical ballet syllabus (pointe work is required for female-presenting dancers) who are eager to engage with a wide range of movement practices and creative research. All positions require skills in both creation and improvisation. We especially value artists who thrive in collaborative environments, as our work emphasizes creative process and celebrates diverse artistic voices.
