Introducing our 2023/2024 Season!

With three mainstage programs at the Triffo Theatre in downtown Edmonton, Ballet Edmonton’s upcoming season features a dynamic collection of exciting voices in contemporary dance. We will present four world premieres, including new works from Canadian creators Ethan Colangelo and Kirsten Wicklund and renowned US-based choreographer James Gregg. We also bring back to the stage two previous works by Artistic Director Wen Wei Wang and a work from Italian-Canadian choreographer Gioconda Barbuto. We close the season with a world premiere collaboration between Ballet Edmonton and Wang’s Vancouver-based company Wen Wei Dance. We look forward to bringing you another year of exceptional dance created in Edmonton and can’t wait to see you there!
