#GivingTuesday on Dec. 3rd launched our annual matching fundraising campaign!
We’re thrilled to announce that our generous long-time supporters, Stephen and Lynn Mandel, will match every dollar you donate – doubling your impact. Together, we aim to raise $40,000 and your support can make it happen.
All donations made by December 31st will also receive a tax receipt.

Our Art Connects program brings the transformative power of dance to children and youth who face barriers to arts access.
In partnership with organizations like Action for Healthy Communities, Cerebral Palsy Alberta, and BGCBigs, we serve over 200 young people annually—helping them build confidence, improve social and emotional well-being, and experience the physical health benefits of dance.
The beauty of creation process is that it takes shape in many ways. Each dance-maker who enters the creative space of Ballet Edmonton chooses their own seed ideas and follows a unique route to build their work.
Donations help us keep our dedicated and sought-after company and a destination for dancer artists to explore, create, and perform.
“I joined Ballet Edmonton as an apprentice dancer in 2021. Having just graduated from a classical ballet school, I knew there was a lot to learn being in a company and trying to gain more experience as a young professional.

Funds raised support the artists who create, live, and work in Edmonton
Over the next month, your contributions will enable us to continue sharing stories created in Edmonton and support our free outreach classes to inner-city kids, kids with disabilities and our newcomer teens!
Regardless of where we live and what we believe, dance is our most shared human expression. We used to dance to celebrate, grieve, express who we are, and tell stories. Dance brings us together.
