When it came to finding their perfect home, the owners really believed in the old adage of “location, location, location.” This 3,172 square foot masterpiece on nearly a full acre of land checked all their “must have” boxes, including room for renovations.
They began with adding a garage bay for their motorhome and did a complete kitchen overhaul next. Then, they changed the fireplace, extended the master bedroom’s closet and en suite shower, and nearly doubled the size of their stone patio, complete with an outdoor kitchen, horizontal fireplace and screens.
