Fiona Dorr

Dancer

Originally from Tuscaloosa, AL, Fiona (she/her) began her dance training exploring and competing in a variety of dance styles. Fiona graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BFA in dance from Florida State University in 2021. Upon graduation, Fiona became a trainee with Grand Rapids Ballet. Fiona further developed her artistic voice at summer programs including Orsolina28, Chuthis, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Gaga Movement Language, San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and Alonzo King Lines Ballet. Fiona was a company artist with Vitacca Ballet in Houston, TX from 2022-2024. Fiona has collaborated in choreographic processes and performed works by Emily Leriche, Anne Plamondon, Kirsten Wicklund, Ethan Colangelo, Hélène Simoneau, Robyn Mineko Williams, Garrett Smith, Shay Kuebler, and Sean Aaron Carmon. Fiona joined Ballet Edmonton in 2024 and is thrilled to be starting her second season with the company, continuing to research the depth of human connection and experience with her colleagues.
