A challenging technical and artistic experience for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 12 and up
This intensive offers a diverse set of skills and techniques that prepare dancers for the demands of the professional dance world. This includes ballet and contemporary techniques, improvisation and conditioning taught by nationally and internationally acclaimed choreographers, plus learning Ballet Edmonton repertoire.
Dancers will train with celebrated Canadian choreographer and Ballet Edmonton’s artistic director Wen Wei Wang, Ballet Edmonton’s rehearsal director Karissa Barry and selected company members. This two-week program is an immersive experience that will explore advanced level technique classes and participants will learn comprehensive tools that apply to the creative process.
The program includes: ballet, contemporary, martial arts, conditioning and Ballet Edmonton repertoire
